Add a Note to Assignment
Go to Scheduling > Edit Schedule > Date View (or Month View)
Right click on the assignment.
Click on Add Note.
Type notes into the free text space.
Choose Priority (only affects color of the note).
Choose Note Type to define who can view note.
Click on Add at the bottom to add.
Click on Save.
