Add Time Off Assignment to Schedule

Time off assignments can be added directly to schedule.

Go to Scheduling > Edit Schedule > Date View (or month view)

Choose Published to add directly to published schedule or Unpublished to add to unpublished schedule.

Navigate the date range required using the calendar start and end date pop-ups.

Click on the green plus sign for the required day.

Click on Non-Work Assignment

Click on drop down arrow under Assignment and either scroll or type name to find required assignment.

Click on drop down arrow under Staff and either scroll or type name to find required staff.

Choose Start Date and End Date. Defaults to the day that was initially chosen.

Choose Time Off Block as needed.

To lock click on the blue open lock icon in the upper left corner (unpublished only).

Click on Save.
