Copy Role Groups
Copying a role group is an easy way to create new groups if similar groups are being added.
Go to Setup > Role setup > Role groups
Click on the box to the left of the role group needing copied.
Click on Copy Group(s).
Click on the new copied group to edit.
To update the options, click on Edit and update the information.
Click Update when complete.
To add roles, click on the roles needing added under the drop down and click on Add.
To remove roles, click on the box to the left of the roles needing delete and click on Delete.
Click on Return when complete.
Go to Setup > Role setup > Role groups
Click on the box to the left of the role group needing copied.
Click on Copy Group(s).
Click on the new copied group to edit.
To update the options, click on Edit and update the information.
Click Update when complete.
