Microsoft Outlook Calendar Integration
This article will assist with setting up calendar integration with MS Outlook desktop application or web application.
Login to Momentum First
Go to the ? icon for Help in the upper right corner of the web application.
Click on Calendar Integration link to get the link needed for integration. This link is unique to each provider.
Microsoft Outlook for Office 365 Desktop Application
- Press the 'Copy Link to Clipboard button' or manually copy the link at the top of this page.
- Open Outlook and go to the Calendar section.
- Right click “My Calendars” on the left.
- Click the “Add Calendar” option. This will open a menu.
- Select 'From Internet'.
- Paste the link into the dialog box and press OK.
- Select Yes on the next dialog box for adding the Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribing to its updates.
After a short time, a link to the Momentum calendar should appear in “Other Calendars” on the left side of the screen. Check/un-check this link to display your published Momentum Schedule. The schedule will refresh periodically, as well as each time the 'Send/Receive' button is clicked.

- Click “Home” menu option on the top left.
- Click the “Add” button near the top right. This will open a menu.
- Select 'From Internet'.
- Paste the link into the dialog box and press OK.
- Select Yes on the next dialog box for adding the Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribing to its updates.
After a short time, a link to the Momentum calendar should appear in “Other Calendars” on the left side of the screen. Check/un-check this link to display your published Momentum Schedule. The schedule will refresh periodically, as well as each time the 'Send/Receive' button is clicked.
