About Prime Dates (holidays)

Prime dates are dates on the schedule that impact holidays and other special days for the organization. Holidays that require specialized staffing needs need to be setup as prime dates. Other days can be setup and show on the schedule for the day for transparency on the schedules.

The dates are not automatically carried over from year to year and must be setup every year.
