Using Manage Requests Page to Add/Edit/Approve/Delete Bulk Requests

Manage request page will allow admin to add, edit, approve, and delete bulk requests.

Add Requests – Single Requests

Go to on Scheduling > Staff Requests > Manage Requests

Click on the Add New Request in the upper right corner.

Click on the Staff member drop down (choose staff by scrolling or typing to narrow list).

Click on the Request Type drop down and choose either time off role, work on specific dates or don’t work on specific dates (choose scrolling or typing to narrow list).

Choose End Date if request if for more than one day.

Click on Submit or Approve (submit will leave the request in pending status for future approval).

Add Requests – Multiple Requests

 Go to on Scheduling > Staff Requests > Manage Requests

Click on the Add Requests drop down to expand the menu.

Choose staff member or members for multiple requests (choose scrolling or typing to narrow list).

Choose request type.

Choose status (pending, approved or rejected).

Choose time off block.

Choose start and end date.

Click on Add Request on the left side of menu to create the requests.

Approving and Rejecting Requests

 Go to Scheduling > Staff Request > Manage Requests

Click on Display filter drop down to expand menu.

Choose the requests using the filtering options.

Click on the boxes on the left of requests needing deleted (for multiple options).

Click on Approve with Clear (or Approve without Clear) button on the right side to approve or Reject button to reject requests.

Note – Clear will delete any other assignments on the schedule that the staff has for the day or days that is included in the request. Without clear will leave any assignments on the schedule.

Deleting Requests 

Go to Scheduling > Staff Request > Manage Requests

Click on Display filter drop down to expand menu.

Choose the requests using the filtering options.

Click on the boxes on the left of requests needing deleted (for multiple options).

Click on Delete button on the right side.

Or click on the delete icon on the left side of the request if deleting one at a time.

Note - If a request was deleted a request by mistake, select “Show Deleted” in the display filter bar under Options and click on Refresh. The request can then amended by clicking on the box to the left of the request, then clicking on Reopen in Manage Requests.

Reopening and Modifying Requests

 A previously approved or rejected request cannot be changed without reopening it prior to changes.

Go to Scheduling > Staff Request > Manage Requests

Click on Display filter drop down to expand menu.

Choose the requests using the filtering options.

Click on the boxes on the left of requests needing deleted (for multiple options).

Click on Reopen button on the right side to reopen.
