Working Role Options

Under the role page there is a table with role options. It includes:

Hourly Role – option required if this is an hourly role to calculate hours.

Display Role – if unchecked the assignment will not show on any schedules.

Export Role – option will allow assignment to show on the mobile app.

Notification Role – option will send notifications when changes occur.

Use Abbreviations – option will show abbreviations on the mobile app.

Production Indicator – do not use.

Show Separator – option will show a black line above the role in the schedule if turned on.

Requestable for Work On – option will allow providers to see the role on the request calendar.

Eligible for Job Board – option will allow providers to post their assignment to the job board.

Always Show Points – option will show point daily options regardless of the equitability chosen.
