How to Reset Password via Email
Admins can send a email to a staff member for password reset.
Go to Setup > Staff Setup > Staff List
Click on a staff person to open staff profile page.
Verify that the email field has a correct email address.
Click on Activate/Deactivate Account.
Click on Send password reset email button in the upper right corner.

If email address is defined, Momentum will send an email to the user with a link to the site with a popup to reset their password.
If they need to know their login ID it is listed on their staff profile page under Login ID.
